Returns & Exchanges
This return policy applies to the United Kingdom.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Returning products is simple. If you are not satisfied with your order, received the wrong product, or if the product is defective or does not fit, you can contact our customer service at info@bennetfashion.com for assistance in returning your product and receiving a refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, the product must still be in its original packaging.
Return Costs
The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The actual return costs must be paid to the shipping carrier. This applies to both unwanted and non-defective products.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically transferred to your original payment method within 7 days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
Partial refunds may be granted or refunds refused in the following cases:
- Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
- Any item with missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Personalised items such as custom-made rings and jewellery will incur a 25% return fee upon return.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

- Include a photo and description of the damaged or incorrect item, along with the order number.
- Once we receive your email and assess the issue, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
Note: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
